Canyon Lakes Homeowners Association

Currently there are 300+ members in the Canyon Lakes Homeowners Association. Collected annually, the dues are primarily used for the maintenance of the common areas. Dues for 2009 are $360.00. The Design Review Committee, a function of the Association, ensures the high quality of home design. Building guidelines maintain the overall integrity of the housing stock within the community. Prior to any construction or subsequent changes, all plans are reviewed.

	The Canyon Lakes Spirit Committee has spearheaded social activities within the community. A group of dedicated volunteers put together such events as progressive dinners, a turkey trot, and the adopt-afamily campaign at Christmas. This group's goal is to foster neighborhood community.
